This includes hiring contractors or employees, promoting employees, and effective discipline procedures. I can also help with considering whether to organize as a For-profit or Nonprofit organization, and the required actions for each entity. Mentoring topics include:
* What to consider when starting a business: Core Mission and Goals related to For-Profit or Nonprofit organizations
* Essential Steps to consider when Launching the Organization: Aligning your Mission, Finances and Marketing for success
* Human Resources and Organizational issues at various stages of the business: start-up, growth and expansion, winding down
* Supporting a positive company Culture that values diverse employees and maintains a supportive work environment
* The challenges and payoffs of operating effectively as a Solopreneur who has to ‘do it all’ with no employees or contractors
